I was wondering if you have a bucket list. If you don’t know what a bucket list is I will try to explain to you as best I know. If I am wrong I am asking my readers to set me straight.
A bucket list is a list of things you want to do before you kick the bucket or in real terms, die.
Many who have bucket list have stuff they want to do before they die but the list is not realistic. Some feel if they have a bucket list they won’t die until they accomplish it so they list very unrealistic things. I am going to share mine and I hope you will share yours with me.
I have always wanted to see Mount Rushmore with mine own eyes. I can say that I have been able to accomplish that one.
I want to visit the White House and take a tour if they still have it. (I have driven past the White House but haven’t been able to get close enough to go inside.)
I want to visit and go up in the Statute of Liberty. (I have visited the Statute of Liberty but was not able to go up in it because it was closed for security reason when we went.)
I want to visit the Lincoln Memorial and the Jefferson Memorial in Washington D.C. This I have not accomplished yet.
I wanted to visit the OK Corral in Arizona. (This I accomplished)
I wanted to visit the Lincoln Library in Springfield, Illinois. (This I have accomplished.)
I wanted to see the Grand Canyon as an adult. (I saw it as a kid but didn’t real remember it. I later got to go back as an adult with Kelly and my Uncle Glenn & Aunt Joann.)
I want to go up the iconic Seattle Pin or whatever it is called. (This I am still waiting for.)
Lastly I want to meet Bret Favre who is my football hero. (I got to see him play in a live pre game in Madison, Wisconsin but I have never got to meet him.)
Well, let’s hear your bucket list.
