Death

When we think of death we think of the final day we have on this earth. Many are not ready for that day but some are and I want to share with you a few of my observations.

Over my many years of ministry I have only met a few people who knew they were going to die within a certain time span. They were told they had only so much time to live and most of them died when that time came. The majority of those that I know who have died didn’t know they were going to die.

I knew a lady who was told she had cancer and would die within 6 months. I had the opportunity to share Christ with her and she accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior and I had the opportunity to baptize her. She was 94 years old when I baptized her. At the end of her six months she went to the doctor but they couldn’t find any cancer. She claimed it was the goat’s milk she was drinking. She lived another 4 years and died of natural causes.

Death comes when we least expect it. What I recommend is that you be prepared at all times because we don’t know when it will be.

I witnessed to a young man and he said he was too young to get involved with God and would do it later. Two weeks after I witnessed to him he was killed in a motorcycle accident. Death comes when we least expect it.

Get prepared so you don’t die without Christ.
