Walking & Counting Steps
In the last few days I have been trying to walk a bit more than I usually do. I am trying to walk at least 5000 steps a day. I know maybe that doesn’t sound like a lot but it is my goal.
I have reached it one day and I have two days that are in the 4000 bracket and a couple that are in the 3000 bracket. My goal is to be consistent and have at least 5000 every day. When I get there I will up the number of steps on my goal.
I have an app on my phone that counts my steps and it is pretty accurate and so I am using it to keep a record.
With my cutting my eating and my walking every day to exercise I have been feeling really good. I haven’t had to go to the doctor for anything for the last six months. My last visit was my general checkup and everything seems to be okay and I want to keep it that way.
I am going to have to get back to my walking as I am a bit behind on my steps for today. I want to encourage you to exercise and eat right. It will help you to feel better about yourself.
I would sure like to hear from you as to what you are doing to stay healthy and fit. I believe it is important that you have some kind of plan. I was just cutting back on my eating but now I am adding my walking to the mix. I hope you are having success with whatever you are doing.
