Don't you hate it when things are past due? For example if you have a bill that is past due they seem to get a bit upset. They threaten to turn off your service or turn you into to the collection department. Sometimes they will call you non stop. That gets a bit nutty when they call every hour on the hour. One time we were late on our cable bill and when we realized it we paid it online. They kept calling every hour on the hour and finally I answered the call. I was a bit hot and I ask to talk to the supervisor. When they had found out we paid it two days previous and they were still calling they were quite embarrassed. They never checked the file to see if we had paid it they just kept calling every hour on the hour.
The best policy is not to be late but things happen. The bill may get misplaced or you might forget about it. We have so many bills these days and they are all due on different days.
Now they have the bundling deal. You can bundle several services in your package. Here is how it works. You bundle internet, cellphone, cable TV, phone service, and other services and then if you don't pay one they threaten to turn the others off. We don't bundle because they tried that on us when we wanted to cancel our Direct TV. They threatened to turn off our internet. The best policy is just pay everything on time and don't bundle.
Well, I guess that is all I have to say about that. I hope all your bill are up-to-date. Sometimes the money is short and things get tight and things get late. Then it all seems to fall apart. Nobody wants to wait and they all seem to fall on the same due day. If for some reason your check isn't paid on time they have no mercy.
I heard a story one time about someone who lost their job and a bill called and they said I am a bit tight as I lost my job and I am trying to get another one. They said, well we will accept payments of $25.00 a week. How are you going to do that if you don't have a job? Well, that is how it goes.
